Email divv@divvlaunches.com. Include the email you used at checkout and the macOS version.
I didn't receive my license key
The key comes from Dodo Payments, not from cleno, in the email sent right after payment. Check spam.
Still nothing after a few minutes: contact support with the email you used at checkout.
“This key is already active on another Mac”
A lifetime license covers 1 Mac at a time. On the other Mac, open Cleno › Settings › License and deactivate. Then activate on this one.
If that Mac is gone, contact support with the email you used at checkout.
cleno says it can't reach the licensing server
Activation needs an internet connection once. After that cleno works offline, for up to 30 days between background license checks.
macOS says the app can't be opened
cleno ships as a notarized build. Download it again from the download page and do not use a copy from anywhere else.

Some folders couldn't be scanned
macOS protects Mail, Messages and Safari data. Granting cleno Full Disk Access in System Settings › Privacy & Security lets it include them. cleno works without it.
